- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The person that prepared our taxes, was somewhat unprofessional. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. And she gave us some missinformation. She didn't verify my wifes ss# so it had to have been resubmitted. We did a rapid refund that is suppose to take 24-48 hrs. We are past that deadline.By A Google User, May 15, 2017
